Refunds & Returns

If you have any issues with a Tree on arrival I will try to work through it with you. I do need to retain the right not to provide any returns or refunds due to the nature of live plants and the fact that I cannot know what happens to a plant once it leave my hands.

In the event a refund is granted, refunds are generally provided by reversal of the original payment method. If all else fails for reasons outside of our control, and address must be provided to so that we can issue a check.

If a return is allowed, this must be in writing from us, and in that case returns should be mailed to our business address. Again, do not send us anything without prior written authorization:

I do stand on my internet reputation and I can prove many many hundreds of existing positive feedbacks on sales as needed and/or requested.

If you are not a plant expert, the best way to avoid any possible issues with a sale is to contact me before purchase and make sure all details are well understood and all concerns addressed. In this way we can ensure a successful transaction!
